Our studio access fee is included in every non-member shoot and package. This fee covers basic costs associated with conducting your studio shoot and makes it possible for us to offer you ‘per asset’ pricing with zero minimums.

We’ll include a link to our pre-production form directly after booking. Here, you’ll be able to outline any criteria for the shoot, provide links to branding materials, and share any inspiration images you might have.

On top of that, our team stays on top of industry trends and is driven to creating top notch content that is relevant, creative, and unique.

We’re confident that we’ll produce top notch content for your brand. If you are dissatisfied with the outcomes of your shoot due to misalignment with pre-production outlines or imperfections due to inadequate product prep (wrinkles in fabric, visible dust, fingerprints, etc.), we offer free and discounted reshoots.

Customers are never required to purchase assets from our galleries.

Usually, product shoots are scheduled within 24-48hrs of shipment arrival. Shoots that require models or other specialty services may take longer to schedule based on availability. You will be able to specify any specific deadlines upon booking.

Our content packages are designed around best practices for success on specific platforms. The sample gallery on each package page closely resembles the type of shots you’ll receive. These packages are not customizable, so if our sample galleries don’t match your vision, start out with a custom shoot. All packages are discounted by 10%.

While your package will come with a fixed amount of deliverables, our team will shoot as much content as possible in your session. You will be able to shop all undelivered assets any time you wish. Standard asset rates and gallery access terms apply.
