Our studio fee is charged upfront for every one-off shoot. This fee covers basic costs associated with conducting your studio shoot and makes it possible for us to offer you ‘per asset’ pricing with zero minimums.
Members don’t pay studio fees.

We’ll hop on a pre-production call after booking to collect all of the important details about your shoot. Then, we’ll distill all of that information into a splashy creative deck filled with visuals to inspire your shoot.
We also offer remote shoot attendance so you can view the images as they’re being taken in studio and provide real-time feedback to help guide the shoot.
This process is proven to create predictable results clients love, but if the shoot doesn’t meet your needs, we include free and discounted reshoots in all of our packages.

We’re confident that we’ll produce top notch content for your brand. If you’re completely dissatisfied with the results, then we would have had to make some seriously embarrassing mistakes on our end. We own any production flaws and conduct at least one reshoot on the house in the event of any screw ups.

Usually, product shoots are scheduled within 5 days of shipment arrival. Shoots that require models or other specialty services may take longer to schedule based on availability. You will be able to specify any specific deadlines upon booking.

If you decide to sign up for a membership within 30 days of conducting a one-off shoot with us, we will reimburse the studio fee you paid for the first shoot. You will retain access to the gallery from your first shoot for the duration of your membership. Any additional assets purchased from that gallery will be billed at your new membership pricing.
